Head Coach Marissa

Marissa Geppert is thrilled to return this summer with the Stingrays as Head Coach! She swam competitively for Edgebrook, IST and Newport High School (in addition to water polo!) and at 11 years old, began volunteering to coach younger age groups. Marissa worked for the Coal Creek YMCA from 16 to 22, her favorite accomplishment involved implementing a pre-competitive element to the swim lesson program that helped prepared swimmers for future swim team participation and eventually made her way to directing the Swim Lesson Program at the Sammamish Branch. After a short break from the water world, she started teaching private lessons again and recently moved her expertise into her own Private Lesson business. Go Stingrays!
