Volunteers Needed - Mini-Meet Planning Committee
Hi Seals Families!
We're excited to introduce a brand new team event this fall - our first-ever Mini-Meet/Mock Meet! This will be a fun internal event where our older swimmers mentor younger swimmers and introduce them to what a real swim meet is like. We think this will become one of our most rewarding team traditions!
What: Mini-Meet Planning Committee (2-3 volunteers needed) When: Event planned for November Commitment: 2-3 planning meetings + event day help What we need help with:
- Coordinating parent volunteers for timing
- Organizing snacks for the pool lobby
- Helping with setup and event day logistics
- Awards/recognition planning
Since this is our first time hosting this type of event, we're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us create something special! The time commitment is manageable, and we'll work together to build this new tradition from the ground up.
