This past weekend the 13 and Over Swimmers once again proved to be the best in Division 2! There were some great swims and memories made by everyone there. Congratulations to the 12 and Under swimmers this past weekend for a great state meet! 14 young swimmers gave their all and were rewarded with an over all 2nd place for the team. It was a fun meet with a great group of kids: Briana Arnold, Mollie Brackett, Sophie Brackett, Aiden Clark, Aliya Clark, Isabel Cortina, Rachel Cortina, Claire Eisele, Anna Murphy-Pociask, Eli Rocke, Mari Seidler, Parker Sonnabend, Joy Vandenberg, and Brianna Vanden Burgt. Greetings from Omaha! The Olympic Trials/Service/Training trip has been an awesome experience for all. Early morning practice has been “hard-hard” according to Coach Curt. The staff at Springhill Suites have found out how difficult it is to keep up with a swimmers appetite, as they eat before the 5:15 AM departure, and again on most mornings after practice! Highlights of our trip have been: o Being present at CenturyLink Center for all events, both prelims and finals and taking in the shooting flames, designer waterfall and the rising award stage....
