Hi PX3, We’ve asked our friends at Fitter & Faster to produce a swim camp for our team on December 27 & 28 at the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex to close out the year on a high note! Swimmers will focus on Freestyle & Backstroke Racing, designed to help athletes refine stroke technique, produce more power, and race these long-axis strokes with greater speed and control.
