12 AND UNDER STATE RECAP

12 and Under State DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Our Wave swimmers swam their hearts out this past weekend, and we are so proud of all of them! A special shout out to Peter Boldt who placed 7th overall in the 200 Fly! Way to go!

13 AND OVER STATE SWIMMERS THIS WEEKEND

13 and Over state will begin Thursday, August 1st. Our swimmers are prepped and ready to go for this weekend. Please make sure to wish these swimmers good luck!

WAUNAFEST PARADE SUCCESS

Thank you to our swimmers and families who braved the rain last Sunday to represent our amazing swim club at the Waunafest Parade. We had great visibility in the community and can’t wait to welcome new swimmers and families into our fall season! Tell your friends to sign up for an evaluation soon.

YOU’RE INVITED: WAVE STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION

The Wave Board invites families to join us to hear a summary of the key insights from the Family Survey and to learn about the Strategic Plan we’ve been building. Please read the attached letter for more details about this important planning and listening session.

• Date: Tuesday, August 13, 2024
• Times:

6-7pm Session: Parents of Ripples, Bronze1 & 2, and Silver Swimmers*

7-8pm Session: Parents of Gold and Senior Swimmers*

• Location: Waunakee High School Drama Room

*Parents with swimmers in both groups may attend either session, although we’d recommend participation in the Gold/Senior session.

• 8/7 (Wed)-Practice Schedule, Fees, Group Assignments, etc. published on site
• 8/13 (Tue)-Returning swimmer registration opens 
• 8/20 (Tue)-New swimmer registration opens
