- Great news for Alaska Swimming; we have been selected to participate in the USA Swimming’s LSC Coach Mentoring Program. This program will allow less experienced coaches to collaborate/observe our more experienced coaches around the state. The goal of this program is to increase ASI coach communication, collaboration, and assist our less experienced coaches in their career development.
