Wyoming Swimming, in conjunction with USA Swimming, is committed to growing and celebrating diversity, increasing fairness throughout our organization, and intentionally creating environments where differences are embraced and everyone feels welcome, respected, supported, and valued to fully participate.

Inclusion - leveraging the ways we are different to create a respectful and welcoming environment for all
Disability - USA Swimming encourages people with disabilities to participate in the sport of swimming and facilitates their inclusion in USA Swimming programs through education and collaboration
Outreach - USA Swimming and Wyoming Swimming offers a discounted Outreach Membership. The national fee for outreach membership is $5.00 and the WYSI surcharge is $2.00. The goal of offering outreach membership is to provide opportunities in swimming to economically disadvantaged youth in the United States. WYSI outreach criteria includes: LIEAP: Low Income Energy Assistance Program, Medicaid, Kids Care CHIP, Free and Reduced federal lunch program, Foster care program, Special circumstances (approved on a case by case basis by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee).
