WYSI RECORDS BROKEN IN JULY!

At the July 14 Board of Directors Meeting, a formal WYSI records policy was established. It can be found HERE.

The Long Course Records have been updated!  The following records were broken this Long Course Season so far!

At the WYSI LONG COURSE CHAMPS:

1. Kloe Fjell (SST) set a new 13-14 50 Fly record! Her time of 33.09 broke the previous record of 33.25 held by Amaya Olivieri (JHSR).

2. The CCA 11-12 Boys 200 Free Relay Team of Nicholas Hassell, Brecken Snyder, Jacob LaBorde and Gilby Schaefer finished in 2:09.16 breaking the previous record of 2:09.96 held by PASS since 1992!

3. The same boys in the order of Gilby, Nicholas, Jacob and Brecken broke the 11-12 Boys 200 Medley Relay record of 2:32.73 held by PASS with a time of 2:29.00!

4. The LAN 11-12 MIXED 200 Free Relay of Rowyn Havens, Bridger Jorgensen, Matthew McDonnel and Kira Becker established the first WYSI record with a time of 2:25.79.

5. The same group in the order of Matthew, Rowyn, Kira and Bridger established the 11-12 MIXED 200 Medley Relay record with a time of 2:51.84.

6. The LSC Open 200 Free Relay Team of Kelan Stakes, Addison Graves, Kody Mathill and Libbie Roesler finished in 1:53.09 breaking the SWAT record of 1:54.78.

7. The same swimmers in the order of Addison, Libbie, Kody and Kelan broke the Open 200 Medley Record with a time of 2:04.59. The previous record was 2:08.41 held by CKAT!

At the MT. HOOD SECTIONAL MEET:

1. Tara Joyce (UWYO) broke two WYSI records - 50 Free - 26.09 - previous record 26.37 held by Kelsi Conci (UWYO) and 100 Free - 56.09 - breaking her own record of 56.50!

2. Isaac Lee (UWYO) set a new 1500 record with a time of 16:06.45. The previous record was 16:18.67 held by Kyle Wemhoff (UWYO).
