Rates do NOT include the tax of 11% (taxes are subject to legislative change).   Rates at the Comfort Inn include a deluxe continental breakfast, 6:30-10:00 a.m. daily.  Rates at the Holiday Inn do not include breakfast.  Rates are quoted in US Dollars. Rates are NET non-commissionable. This is a negotiated rate and is NOT available through hotel’s number or website.  No additional discounts, coupons or promotional programs are viable. 

Block Release: March 26, 2024, or until such time as the full block of 105 rooms (75 at the Holiday Inn; 30 at the Comfort Inn) have been sold to attendees, whichever comes first. Rooms released for sale to the general public on March 26, 2024 will continue to be available to attendees.  However, they will be available on a first come, first serve basis, but the rate will be guaranteed by the hotel after the date of March 26, 2024.

Deposit: As individuals will be REQUIRED to make their own room reservations, they should be advised that one night’s lodging guarantee, in the form of a major credit card or cash payment is required to be on hand at Blair Hotels, prior to issuance of a confirmation number.

Reservations: Attendees can contact the hotels directly, Holiday Inn 307-587-5555 and Comfort Inn 307-587-5556, to make sleeping room reservations. ATTENDEES must request the special rrate using the codes above.

Cancellation: Cancellation of individual reservations can be made up to a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date of arrival without penalty, by 6:00 p.m.  All/any cancellations made after the twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s lodging fee. Cancellation of individuals must be made in writing and will require confirmation by hotel in writing. To cancel a reservation: via email to the Holiday Inn ([email protected]), or the Comfort Inn ([email protected]). Rooms cancelled after this time will be assessed a one-night room rate cancellation fee.  A cancellation number will be issued and used to settle any disputed rooms.
