The North San Diego YMCA Swim Team is comprised of all levels of swimmers, from novice to advanced.  The NSDY swim team is a USA swimming team that practices year round and competes locally with other USA and YMCA teams in San Diego.  We practice at the following locations in North County, San Diego: Dan McKinney YMCA in La Jolla, Magdalena Ecke YMCA in Encinitas, Joe and Mary Mottino YMCA in Oceanside, Palomar YMCA in Escondido, and Rancho YMCA.

NSDY strives to build endurance, self-confidence, and discipline through an extensive program of dryland and water based training under the tutelage of knowledgeable and proven coaches.
