Dolphin Swim Team

Each swimmer must be a member of the BHSJ YMCA to swim on the fall/winter team and must participate in 3 regular season swim meets. We would like all swimmers to attend the Conference meet in Feb.

$60 registration fee covers all the meet fees for the entire season and is in addition to the team fees.

The Dolphin team fees will be determined by the age group each swimmer is in and must be paid in full by December 1st. Age group is age as of Dec. 1st.

Friday, September 28th is last day to register without a late fee. $20 late fee is added after this date.

Evaluations for new swimmers is on Wednesday, September 26th from 4:00-5:30.Please sign up for a 10 minute time slot at the front desk.8 & under swimmers must be able to complete 1 length of both freestyle and backstroke.9 & over swimmers must be able to complete 2 lengths of both backstroke and freestyle.

Mandatory Parent meeting on Tuesday, October 2nd @ 6:30 in the Whirlpool Gym. Please email Coach Kendra if you will not be able to attend [email protected]. We will be going over practice schedule, meet calendar, team and parent expectations, suit orders, Dolphin handbook, Swim Team forms, and parent questions. Some championship meets have changed this year so please come to hear the changes.

Practice will start on Monday, October 1st at 6:00.8 & under swimmers will be done at 7:15, 9-12 will done at 7:30 and 13 & over is done at 8:00.

Please make sure you turn in Registration sheet, Health form, concussion form (signed by you and swimmers), and last 2 pages of the Dolphin Swim Team Hand Book (signed by you and swimmers). This must be ALL be turned in by the first day of practice.
Each swimmer will need to complete and submit the following forms prior to participating in practice or a meet.
