Granite YMCA Tiger Sharks Swim Team Safe Sport Policies

 

The Granite YMCA Tiger Sharks Swim Team takes the safety of our swimmers and everyone who participates in the program very seriously.  We have put together the following list of resources, policies, and procedures to educate everyone involved with our program in order to provide a safe and fun experience with the Granite YMCA and the sport of swimming.  If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP)

Aknowledgement of the MAAPP - Must be signed by each family to aknowledge and agree to comply with the policy.  

Athlete Protection Training- Must be completed within 30 days of a swimmers 18th birthday

GYT Team Travel Policies and Forms

Although we don't do traditional team travel meets, we do have both families and coaches that stay in hotels for multi day meets for convenience, travel policies will be enforced for these meets.
