The Sailfish Swim Team is a competitive, community-oriented swim program committed to developing swimmers of all levels. Our approach focuses on teaching the fundamentals of swimming, while improving endurance and speed. Our program reinforces the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.

We offer 4 skill-level groups to cater to swimmers of varying abilities. Our year-round program is hosted at the New Rochelle YMCA. We compete against other YMCA swim teams and we are a proud member of the Metropolitan Swimming League Organization, enabling us to compete with other clubs throughout the tri-state area. We focus on developing each swimmer and we adhere to the time standards and regulations of the YMCA and Metro League.

Our program is designed to foster an active and healthy lifestyle while honing speed and a competitive edge in the pool. Our facilities are equipped with all the resources a swimmer needs to take their swimming to the next level. Our coaches have had the rigorous training and experiece necessary to ensure that they can create a supportive and competitive environment for our swimmers.
