I hope everyone is enjoying their summer! I wanted to share some important updates, including our weekly practice schedule and details about our upcoming swim meet.

Weekly Practice Schedule July 1st-July 6th

Monday to Friday:

  • Senior & Junior practice is:     
                    Monday, 5:30-7:00 PM
                    Tuesday, 5:00-6:30 PM
                    Wednesday 5:30-7:30 PM
                    Thursday 6:45-8:00 PM
                    Friday 5:30-8:00 PM
                    Saturday 7-8:30 AM
     
    Age Group practice is:
                    Monday 5:30-6:30 PM
                    Tuesday 5:00-6:30 PM
                    Wednesday 5:30-7:00 PM
                    Thursday 6:45-8:00 PM
                    Friday 5:30-7:00 PM
                    Saturday 7-8:30 AM
     
    Tech Team practice is:
                    Monday 4:30-5:30 PM
                    Wednesday 4:30-5:30 PM
                    Friday 4:30-5:30 PM

Upcoming Swim Meet

We are excited to announce that we have an upcoming swim meet scheduled for Sunday, July 7th at the Bedstuy YMCA in Brooklyn. The warm-up session will begin at 2:00 PM.

To register your swimmer and volunteer to help with the meet, please visit our GoMotion website (TeamUnify). If you encounter any issues with the registration process, do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected].

Your participation and support are crucial to the success of our events, and we appreciate your dedication to the team.
Our tentative event list will likely be WFSL Dual Meet order- meaning mostly shorter events. As soon as approved by the other coaches, I will post on our website.
