Dear Swim Team,

I hope this letter finds you all well and ready for an exciting week of practice and competition!

I want to remind everyone that our upcoming swim meet is scheduled for August 10th. To ensure your participation, please make sure you register by Wednesday, July 24th. Unfortunately, if you do not register by this deadline, you will not be able to compete in the meet. Please don't miss this opportunity to showcase your hard work and dedication!

We will begin our end of season Clinic next week, and it will run from July 29th-August 10th. Practices will not change for team members, but if you know any swimmers that would like a touch up on technique, speed, starts and turns- This is their chance to swim with the Sailfish! Our official Tryouts will run concurrently, for any new swimmers who are interested in our team. Please feel free to refer swimmers and families for the fall. Anyone with more than 5 referrals will win a prize! Please have anyone interested contact [email protected] or [email protected](don't forget to have them mention your family as a referral!).

On a more serious note, I want to emphasize the importance of maintaining a supportive and respectful environment within our team. While having fun with your teammates is encouraged, it is crucial that our interactions remain supportive, fun, and safe for everyone. Let's continue to build each other up and create a positive atmosphere for all.

Here is the practice schedule for the week:

Senior & Junior Practice:

  • Monday: 5:30-7:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 5:00-6:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:30-7:30 PM
  • Thursday: 6:45-8:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:45-8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00-8:30 AM

Age Group Practice:

  • Monday: 5:30-7:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 5:00 PM (Dryland on squash courts) - 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:30-7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 6:45-8:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:30-7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00-8:30 AM

Tech Team Practice:

  • Monday: 4:30-5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 4:30-5:30 PM
  • Friday: 4:30-5:30 PM
