I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to share some important reminders and updates as we gear up for the season.

Equipment Orders: We will be placing an order for equipment soon. Please email me with your desired purchases:

  • ROYAL HYDESTRONG SUIT

    • Girls: $25

  • Black Nike Cinch Bag: $5
  • Racer Goggle: $12

Meet Season: Our meet season kicks off with the Season Starter meet at Asphalt Green on October 13th.

We will be updating the events page this week, please check for information and declare whether you can go on our website. 

Please be prepared to sign up for our first Metro Swim League (MSL) meet on October 19th at Kips Bay. The event file will be available shortly. Remember, swimmers need to participate in at least 3 MSL meets to qualify for the Championship MSL meets.

Practice Schedule:

  • Age Group Silver:
    • Monday-Wednesday: 6-7:00 PM
    • Thursday 7-8:30(No practice on Friday)
  • Tech:
    • Mon, Wed, Fri: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Tech Bronze:
    • Tues: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
    • Thurs: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
    • Sat: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
  • Age Group Gold:
    • Mon-Fri: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
    • Sat: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
  • Senior:
    • Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri: 6:45 PM - 8:45 PM
    • Thurs: 7:00 PM - 8:45 PM
    • Sat: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
