As we enter Championship Meet Season, we have some important events coming up. Please take note of the following:

  • WFSL Championships: Sunday, March 2nd. Even if you didn’t commit to the event, please check with the coaches to see if you’re entered. If you are entered but unable to attend, let us know ASAP!
  • NYS YMCA Championships: March 21st-23rd, in Rochester, New York
  • Standby for End of Fall-Winter Season Event Announcements and Tentative Summer Schedule!

Highlights from the Bedstuy Meet:

We had some fantastic swims this weekend at the Bedstuy meet! Congratulations to:

  • Ashley Cho: State qualifying cuts in the 50 Free (31.80) and 50 Fly (37.06).
  • Leila Ishaq: Made her 25 Backstroke NYS qualifying time and swam strongly in the 25 Breaststroke.
  • Other impressive performances from Peyton Roper, Samantha Nembhard, Flavio Hilari, and Sevyn Richardson.

Great job to all swimmers, and let's keep the momentum going as we head into Championship Season!
