Pennsylvania YMCA Regional Championships 2021

The dates of the Pennsylvania YMCA Regional Swimming Championships 2021 are March 1-31, 2021.  Those of you that are working with other local YMCA's to run localized swim meets as part of this PA YMCA Championship series can plan your meets anytime between March 1st and 31st.

We have collaborated with our friends at SwimCloud for data management and real-time tracking of all of the many YMCA meets that will be conducted across the state during the month of March as part of our Pennsylvania YMCA Regional Championships 2021.  Feel free to go into your SwimCloud "Team Portal" and update your team

Friday, Saturday, Sunday March 12-13-14 (14 and Under) - In person racing opportunity at Graham Aquatic Center in York.   There will be NO SPECTATORS at this event.  Only swimmers and limited volunteers will be permitted on the pool deck.  

YMCA Regional Senior Championship at the Graham Aquatic Center on Friday-Sunday, March 26-28.  There will be NO SPECTATORS at this event.  Only swimmers and limited volunteers will be permitted on the pool deck. Qualifying Times

Now for the virtual part of this Pennsylvania YMCA Regional Swimming Championships 2021:

You can set up your event any time between Monday, March 1st and Wednesday, March 31.

You do not have to utilize this event order and set up; we simply ask that you keep the event numbers the same as well as event names for easier data integration

The events that will be "scored" and merged together for this Championship will be the  2020 PA YMCA District Events [here]

In each of your feedback to me, you felt it was important that we "make special" those swimmers that achieve the district qualifying times, thus the only swimmers that will be scored and recognized as part of this Pennsylvania YMCA Regional Swimming Championships 2021 will be those with PA YMCA District qualifying times [here]

Qualifying time range for (1) either the 2020 District Qualifying times for virtual events or (2) 2020 Junior Olympic Qualifying times for the "in person event" may have been achieved between September 1, 2019-end of February 2021
