2019 Pennsylvania Region YMCA Championship Meets  

2019 Pennsylvania State YMCA Championship Meet   [ Event Link]
Date of Meet:  March 22-24, 2019
Location and Host:  The Pennsylvania State University
State Meet Qualifying procedures:  Swimmers who have entered in a district meet shall be eligible for the State Championship on the following basis:

Individual Events: The six fastest swimmers from each District, for each event, shall be eligible for the similar event in the State Meet.  In addition, the next six fastest swimmers from across the 3 districts shall also be eligible for the State Meet in all events and relays. 

Relays:  The six fastest relay teams from each District shall be eligible for the similar event in the State Meet.  In addition, the next six fastest relays from across the 3 districts shall also be eligible for the State meet.

Top six qualifiers shall be announced at the District Meet. Coaches shall be alerted to the fact that their swimmers have qualified and subsequent replacements notified should swimmers decide against attending.  The “next six fastest swimmers & relays” list along with the alternate lists will be announced no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2019. 

Swimmers shall compete in the events for which they have qualified in the State Meet. Contestants shall declare intent NOT to compete in the State Meet within 30 minutes of the conclusion of each session.

 

 

2019 District Championship Meets

Date of Meets:  March 8-10, 2019
Entry Deadline for all District meets is 12 noon on Monday, March 4, 2019

East:  HOST:  Upper Main Line Branch YMCA at GCIT
Central:    HOST:   YMCA of York and York County at Graham Aquatic Center
 
West:    HOST:   Butler County YMCA at Spire Center
 

 

2019 Silver Championship Meets
Teams may attend any of the meets below.  You are not restricted  by region
 
Locations and Hosts:
 
East -   HOST:  Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County Ridley Branch at Gloucester County Institute of Technology 

West-  HOST: Blair Regional YMCA  Hollidaysburg Area High School - Hollidaysburg, PA
