2026 Pennsylvania Championship Meet Dates and sites  [2026 Qualifying Times] - Here are the District meets where each YMCA will be competing

East Districts - West Chester YMCA hosted by the Upper Main Line, West Chester and Ridley YMCA's (March 6-8, 2026)

Central Districts - Graham Aquatic Center hosted by the Arthur J. Glatfelter YMCA (March 6-8, 2026)

West Districts - Spire Academy - Geneva Campus hosted by the Western Pennsylvania YMCA Swim League (March 6-8, 2026)

Pennsylvania YMCA State Championship - will be hosted by Uniontown YMCA at the Peak Aquatic Center at Mylan Park in Morgantown, WV  (March 20-22, 2026)

The Swimming Addendum to the Rules That Govern YMCA Sports and the YMCA Sanctioned Meet Rules 

As many of you know, YMCA Competitive Swimming has a great collaboration with swimcloud for a good amount of our data management when it comes to swim times and entries for YMCA Nationals.  Those of you that had swimmers race at Y Nationals know that you processed your meet entries through this platform.  Our Pennsylvania region was one of the early collaborators with swimcloud as far as managing our top times.  This platform is also used to manage data for the Pennsylvania High School top times as well as at the next level, college times.  

Here is the current list of the Top YMCA Times in Pennsylvania.  At the top of the screen you can filter the age groups and on the right side you can select the genders.  Do we have your YMCA listed in our Pennsylvania YMCA List of Teams?  If we do not have your team listed, be sure to set up your Team page.  Here is a quick video for help

In addition to making certain all of our YMCA Coaches are registered with our PA YMCA portal, we are asking all coaches to register with swimcloud.  This registration is simple.....name, email and password credential....quick and easy

When you are hosting swim meets at your YMCA, after the meet concludes, be sure to upload your results to swimcloud....again, the process is quick and easy.  You can upload your results direct from Meet Manager software.  Here is a quick video to explain this easy process
