Registration

New Swimmers

• Filled in the assessment registration form that has been linked to the assessment invitation  e-flyer on JIS Net.
• If you missed the deadline, show your interest to join our team by sending an email to [email protected] and our admin will then sending the assessment registration form manually.
• Your registration will be recorded by the system.
• Details about assessment, including the assessment schedules will be sent a week prior to the assessment days.
• On the assessment day, please check in to the deck coordinator and they will then arrange a coach to assess the swimmer.
• Your swimmers will be asked to swim to perform their skills and abilities.
• Deck coordinator will be informing the assessment result to the parent or guardian.
• Make group selection (based on assessment result).
• Group confirmation and registration/payment private link will be sent the latest a day after the assessment

Returning Swimmers

• A group confirmation email will be sent by our admin team. (based on early registration form you have filled at the end of each semester).
• Once confirmed, you will receive a registration/payment private link.
