To become an Official you will need to:

1. Download and read the FINA Rules of Swimming.
2. Click on VIDEOS. Watch all 6 training videos, courtesy of USA swimming and YouTube.
3. Submit an Officials Knowledge Recap.
4. Review the FINA Rules DQ List.
5. Work with a Certified Stroke and Turn Judge a minimum of 4 sessions.
