The Northwest's Premier Artistic Swimming Team

About Seattle Synchro

Seattle Synchro Team has been in the Seattle Metro area for over 25 years.  In that time, the Team has produced 3 Olympians - Jillian Penner in the 2008 Summer Olympics and Tracy Ruiz-Conforto and Candy Costie-Burke, who are the 1984 Olympic Gold Medalists. Charlotte Davis, 1984 Olympic coach, and Seattle alum was also recently inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame. Seattle Synchro has also seen several of its members receive multiple appointments to US National Teams, as well as elite varsity programs at universities across the country.

Seattle Synchronized Swim Team's mission is dedicated to offering a high-quality, competitive program in a cost-effective, efficient manner, within a community of families who value athletic excellence and the positive emotional growth of swimmers.

We believe that the role of the Seattle Synchronized Swim Team is to enhance the physical, social and emotional development of the swimmers through participation in synchronized swimming. This can be achieved through the development of programs to meet the needs of swimmers with varied levels of ability and commitment. We provide a safe and secure environment in which individual swimmers can strive for personal bests. Synchronized swimming is a team sport and we promote team spirit through the involvement of all swimmers, coaches, and parents. Traveling, meeting athletes from across the United States and around the world, and making lifelong friends are all part of the experience. We train 10 months out of the year and compete locally, regionally and nationally year round.
