Montly Dues are assessed monthly to the credit card required to be kept on file and processed as a club charge. Club charges are billed during the month in which they are incurred. Any changes must be made in writing to [email protected] by the 20th of the previous month. For example, September fees will hit your card on October 1, and any changes to September registration must be made by August 26. There is no prorating of team fees and no refunds for missed practices. Credit cards used for club charge may be updated by going to the CAC website and logging in with your member number. We do not bill through SportsEngine. Billing statements can be viewed through the CAC web site using these instructions.

SWIM MEET FEES:

Each swim meet has a variable entry fee that will be communicated when the meet is announced. There are no refunds given for events not swum. In addition to the fees charged by the meet host, Riptide charges the following fees to cover coaching and travel expenses:

  • $20 per swimmer each local meet <50 miles away
  • $30 for in-state meets between 50-150 miles away
  • $100 for in-state meets more than 150 miles away
  • $150 for out-of-state travel meets
USA SWIMMING MEMBERSHIP:
 
Year Round Membership Fees: Swimmers must maintain a current active USA swimming membership. Riptide will renew all swimmers, and bill families in December.
