Swimming has been at the heart of my journey for over two decades—as an athlete, coach, and instructor. From competitive swimmer to water polo player, I’ve spent countless hours in the pool, and even more teaching and coaching others to find their strength and confidence in the water.
I’ve coached swim teams of all sizes—from small groups of beginners to 120+ swimmers aged 5 to 18—designing workouts, building team spirit, and helping young athletes develop both skill and self-belief. My experience ranges from volunteer coaching to private instruction and assistant coaching roles, always with a focus on technique, motivation, and individual growth.
Outside the pool, I hold a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an M.Ed. in Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University. I currently work as a Learning Analyst, where I bring the same energy and learner-first approach to corporate training that I’ve always brought to coaching.
No matter the setting, my goal is simple: help people grow, feel confident, and perform at their best—whether that's in the water or beyond.
