Junior Group Practice Schedule 

 

Monday and Thursday: 6:30-7:00 p.m. (Dryland) 
Monday through Thursday:  7:00-9:00 p.m. (Swim) 
Friday:  5:30-7:30 p.m. (Swim) 
Saturday:  8:00-10:00 a.m. (Swim) 
Saturday: 10:00-11:00 a.m. (Optional weight room) 

 

**The Saturday weight room training is optional for the Junior Group but they are welcome to attend. 

                                                    

Equipment Requirements: 

 

  • DragSox (lightest resistance) 

  • Water Bottle/Drink 

  • Mesh Bag 

  • Kickboard 

  • Pull Buoy 

  • Fins (medium length blade) 

  • Paddles

  • FINIS Agility Paddles: No one needs to be Large (3 dots). Most people will be S (1 dot).  

  • Ankle Band (FINIS Ankle Strap) 

  • Parachute (StretchCordz Drag Belt/Tow Tether, 8 inch chute size) 

  • Snorkel (FINIS Swimmer's Swim Snorkel) 

  • Finis Zoomers Gold: There is a sizing chart just below the lettered choices so that should make the selections easier 

  • Nose Clip: Mostly for backstrokers but everyone should have a few on hand for underwater kicking training 

  • Medicine Ball (1 pounds)

  • Resistance Band (20 pounds)

  • Chocolate Milk (or other protein drink for post-training recovery)
