Senior Group Practice Schedule
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30-7:00 p.m. (Dryland)
Monday through Thursday: 7:00-9:00 p.m. (Swim)
Wednesday: 5:45-7:00 a.m.* and 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:45-7:00 a.m.*; 5:30-6:15 p.m. (Dryland), 6:15-7:30 p.m. (Swim)
Saturday: 8:00-10:00 a.m. (Swim)
Saturday: 10:00-11:00 a.m. (Weight Room)
*Morning practice start date is 9/24/25
