Mini-Manta's Junior 2  (LTAD - Active Start/FUNdamentals)

Requirements: 

• Age 6+ 
• Complete Swim Alberta Competition Readiness Standard
• Must be able to swim 2x25m unassisted in deep water
• Must have completed Red Cross Level 5 or equivalent
• Safely be unattended in deep water

-This group will primarily focus on freestyle and backstroke skills but also introduces basic breaststroke and butterfly components and attempt to dive off a starting block and basic turning skills  

-Full Season Cost: $325 Club Fees + $110 Swim Alberta/ASSA/Region F Insurance & Registration Fees/Swim Meet Fees (Total $435 or $448.05 if using a Credit Card)

• Age 7-9 
• Must have completed Red Cross Level 5 or equivalent
• Complete a 25m swim on front or back within 40.00 Seconds
• Competently swim freestyle and backstroke 

-This group will primarily focus on freestyle and backstroke skills but also introduces breaststroke and butterfly components, diving off a starting blocks and basic turning skills

-Full Season Cost: $375 Club Fees + $110 Swim Alberta/ASSA/Region F Insurance & Registration Fees/Swim Meet Fees (Total $485 or $499.55 if using a credit card)

Silver (LTAD - FUNdamentals/Learn to Train)

Requirements: 

• Age 10+
• Must have completed Red Cross Level 6 or equivalent
• Can complete a 25m swim on front or back within 25.00 seconds.
• Competently swim freestyle and backstroke 

-This group will primarily focus on freestyle and backstroke skills but also introduces breaststroke and butterfly components, diving off a starting blocks and basic turning skills

-Full Season Cost: $400 Club Fees + $110 Swim Alberta/ASSA/Region F Insurance & Registration Fees/Swim Meet Fees (Total $510 or $525.30 if using a credit card)

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Gold (LTAD - Learn to Train/Train to Train)

Requirements 

• Age 12+
• Must have completed Red Cross Level 8 or equivalent
• Complete a 50 m swim on front or back within 45.00 Seconds 
• Competently swim freestyle and backstroke 

-This group will primarily focus on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly skills, diving off a starting blocks and basic turning skills.

-Full Season Cost: $450 Club Fees  + $110 Swim Alberta/ASSA/Region F Insurance & Registration Fees/Swim Meet Fees (Total $560 or $576.80 if using a credit card)
