Team Practice Schedule
Swimmers are assigned their appropriate and respective Group Levels based on ability and age. This system better serves the coaches through each swimmer's varied stage of development, and allows them to chronicle their progression through the divided groups. Group structure follows a simple yet sophisticated process. First we learn, then we learn to do it, then we do it more.
