Welcome to the Frogs Aquatics Foundation! When a child joins a swim club, the whole family joins the swim club. The time and energy required by the swimmer and family is considerable. However, the lessons and rewards can be priceless and lifelong. We are excited to have you as part of our team.

To help, please take a moment and familiarize your athlete and family with the details and expectations in the swimer/parent handbook you initially signed before trying out. Then check out the following additional resources :
  1. TeamUnify Computer Platform
Keep your USA Swim account current here.

*Make sure to add and verify an SMS phone number to recieve important text mesages.

  2. USA Swimming Official Rules
Swimmers on the Frog Aquatics Swim Team can participate in the USA Swimming Meeting by registering to be an active member of USA Swimming and paying the registration fee. Swimmers must register and remain active with our LSC (Southern California Swimming). Parents with outstanding monthly dues will not be able to register for any meets.

US Championships require a qualifying time. If a swimmer qualifies they should try to attend the championship meet. All swimmers are invited to attend championship meets to cheer on their club mates.

USA Swimming is responsible for setting the rules and regulations governing competitive swimming. The current rulebook, mini rulebook, and other information on legislation and proposed amendments, will be helpful to parents and swimmers in understanding these rules. https://www.usaswimming.org/swimmers-parents/learn-the-basics/rulebook
