About Us 

SOL Aquatics was founded on July 2018. We are committed to excellence in swimming in a positive environment. SOL Aquatics offers many different levels from Seniors to stroke development and have seen a growth by 500% over the first year of the program. We strive to upgrade lives where education meets fitness by utilizing a diverse community of athletes and coaches. SOL Aquatics provides a dynamic and high quality swim and aquatics programs that stimulates the development and growth of the youth in the region with a balance training, education, and fun. 

Our coaches focus on developing the skills swimmers will need to achieve their own personal potential through conditioning, developing strong and effective strokes, creating new relationships, learning to work as a team and building self-esteem while having fun in a safe healthy and positive environment. The coaching staff strives to maintain an athlete centered program with the values that all can achieve, growth of self-esteem, fostering of team unity, physical fitness, leadership, and respect for other.

Swimmers who are currently registered with USA Swimming can choose to practice with the team for up to 3 days. If not currently registered with USA Swimming, please email [email protected] for more information or to schedule a tryout.

All swimmers who join the team are required to join USA Swimming. The annual registration fee for the San Diego Imperial LSC is $82.50 and will be valid through December 31 of the year that you register. There is a pro-rated fee if you join later in the year.  If you are transfering teams and have a current USA Swimming registration, the transfer fee is $10.  Diving and Water Polo each require an annual registration as well, the coaches will give you registration information.
