Sol making a Splash at RSD BB Min Meet

Over the weekend 17 Sol Swimmers participated in the BB Min Meet hosted by Rancho San Dieguito.  Swimmers from all four groups were in attendance for this meet making the Sol family very proud.  One noticeable highlight of the weekend was our teams’ ability to extend their underwaters off of the start and each turn. Other note worth performance came from Bronze swimmer Florina J. had a great swim in her 50 Freestyle dropping 2.13 seconds.  Silver swimmer Aaron J. had an amazing 200 Freestyle dropping 7.41 seconds, almost 1 second per lap.  Layla D, a Gold swimmer, had an outstanding swim in her 100 Breaststroke dropping 8.74 seconds and securing a Western Zone qualifying time.  For the Senior group, Nico J. and McKenzie S had some notable swims.  Nico dropped 8.61 seconds in the 200 Breaststroke while McKenzie finished the weekend with a 2.13 second drop in her 200 Individual Medley. 

All Sol swimmers did an outstanding job at this meet and we look forward to see with the team will do at the next meet.
