Ladies Swimming Fast at 2023 San Diego Imperial Age Group Champs
2023 San Diego Imperial Age Group Championships
Congrats to our swimmers who competed on March 18th and 19th at Granite Hills High School. This was a qualifying championship meet for our age group program (14 and under). This also marks the end of short course season of racing.
- Layla Dang (13) dropped 5.8 seconds in her 200 breaststroke!
- Peyton Watkins (12) dropped in her 50 freestyle for a best time of 30.04 and a whopping 5.3 seconds in her 100 freestyle
- Aliana Sachs (12) dropped 2 seconds in her 50 freestyle and 7 seconds in her 500 free
- Jacelia Sachs (10) placed 1st in the 50 and 100 freestyle after massive drops in each event
- She also dropped a second in the 100 freestyle, a second in the 50 breast, 2 seconds in the 100 breast, and 2 seconds in the 200 IM
