All afternoon and Saturday practices are held at In Motion Fitness
White Group: M-F 3:30pm-4:15pm
Mini-Jets: Blue group M/W/F 4:15pm-4:45pm, Silver group T/TH/F 4:15-4:45pm
Navy Group: M-F 4:15pm-5:30pm (dryland to start on Wednesdays)
Preseniors: M-F 5:30pm-7:00pm, Sat 10:00am-12:00pm (dryland 5:00-5:30 on Wednesdays and Fridays)
Seniors: M-F 5:00pm-7:00pm, Sat 10:00am-12:00pm (dryland to start on Wednesdays and Fridays)
