CCSC FUNDRAISING

A large portion of our operating costs are gathered through fundraising. By gathering funds from outside sources, we are able to keep our Annual Membership Dues low in order to lessen the burden on our Member families.

Our two largest fundraisers are the Swimathon Event and our Annual June Invitational Swim Meet.

Our Swimathon is typically held in the spring and swimmers are encouraged to swim as many laps as possible within a set time frame. Swimmers can gain sponsorship for their swim from Friends and Family. In order to meet our goal, CCSC needs every family to raise a minimum of $100.

Our June Invitational Swim Meet attracts over 400 swimmers from across Ontario and is our largest fundraiser of the year. We need every Member's help to ensure that this event is a success. There are lots of things to do behind the scenes as well as on deck to make sure that this Meet is enjoyed by all who attend.
