AMBASSADOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
OUT of TOWN VOLUNTEER CREDIT APPLICATION:
FMSC will accept applications to honour volunteering at an away event that benefits the club. Families that choose to help in a volunteer role may receive a volunteer credit for shifts that are approximately 4 hours in length. (NOTE: This will be accepted as a VOLUNTEER CREDIT and does not count toward an FMSC on-deck officiating credit). The volunteer credit can be issued with receipt of 1 of 2 confirmation methods:
- Complete this form at the meet and send the following information to [email protected]:

EVENT ORGANIZER INFORMATION (Event organizer may be a host ref, host volunteer coordinator, host coach, host meet manager, FMSC Coach, FMSC executive member attending the event...)

CONFIRMATION OF DUTIES
Signature of event organizer:
- At the event, request the official’s coordinator for the host of the meet to send an email to [email protected] to confirm the volunteering information (ie; whomever did X amount of shifts).
Request that they also cc to the participants’ personal email so they can also track the messaging.
Both methods provide evidence to confirm the volunteering information.
