All swimmers are now confirmed on group placement for the new season. The Registration package for the new season will be sent out in August by our Registrar Kirsti Kohn. Please watch your in-boxes for the package. Registration must be completed by the membership between the 1st-8th September, 2024. Stay tuned for all the details.

FINLAY IS WORLD CHAMPION IN 200IM

Okotoks Mavericks Swimming Alumnus Finlay Knox is crowned World Champion the 200 IM and set a new Canadian record. Finlay is the first Canadian man to win the title since 1978 and only the third to make the 200IM podium (with Alex Baumann having claimed silver in 1986)

Finlay Knox trained in our program from age 7-18 years when he was already achieving at the Internationa Level. He now swims for the High Performance Centre in Vancouver.
