2022 SPEEDO WESTERN CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

Wells Ginzer, Caden Kotowich, Deon Badenhorst & Emma Hicklin
on qualifying and competing at the 2022
Speedo Western Canadian Championships in Edmonton from 21st – 24th April, 2022.
This competition gathers the fastest 14-16 & 17 & over Boys and 13-15 & 16 & over girls together in Western Canada for a very fast 4 days of racing.
Wells had the biggest line up of events every day and push his limits to the max.
Congratulations to Wells who achieved a Silver medal in the 50 Free and a Bronze medal in the 50 Back
Wells also broke 3 club records in the 50 Free (24.09); 50 Fly (25.61) & 100 Fly (56.95)
TOP 20 FINISHES
Wells also finished 8th in the 100 Free & 13th in the 100 Back. Caden finished 18th in the 50 Free and Deon finished 18th in the 100 Fly.
It has been a very busy, challenging and very exciting 2 months of qualifying competitions Congratulations to ALL the swimmers.
