Lead Coaches:

• Simon St Pierre and Tom Langridge are lead coaches for this meet
• Please contact them if you have any immediate quesitons.

SCRATCH DEADLINE:

• If a swimmer is to scratch an event, they must do so via Simon and or Tom.  If they do not show up for an event there is a $25.00 fine for every swim missed.
