NKB is one of Canada’s top Age Group swim clubs. We are a club program that runs out of 4 different facilities in Nepean, Kanata, and Barrhaven. Our club programs has over 150 competitive athletes and more than 200 swimmers in our Development Level Programs.

We are looking for coaches to join all levels of our coaching team.  If you are an experienced instructor or coach, we are interested in talking with you and hearing what your plans might be. If you have NCCP certification, coaching experience or even teaching and lifeguard certification, all of these are good reasons to see if we have something for you.

At NKB, we offer very competitive wages and compensation for our coaches of all qualifications, be it full or part-time positions. We provide a continuing financial and personal commitment to coaching education. We greatly value the ability to offer our coaches the opportunity to improve their level qualifications and experience on an on-going bases.

All of our coaches and coaching candidates must have acceptable Criminal Record Checks, and be able to be registered with CSCTA. We value a strong background in swimming or swimming technique, a willingness to learn, and an enthusiasm and commitment to being or becoming a professional coach.
