NKB at the Swim Ontario Aerobic Development Program
Katherine Sullivan Selected for Swim Ontario Aerobic Development Program
November 15, 2025
Swim Ontario invited Kate to the Aerobic Development Program, a three-stage initiative focused on Ontario’s top endurance-based swimmers in events such as the 400, 800, and 1500 Freestyle, 400 IM, and 200 Butterfly. The program is part of Swim Ontario’s Domestic Podium Development pathway, providing an opportunity for athletes to challenge their aerobic limits and lay the foundation for future high-performance success.
Hosted at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre (TPASC), the program identifies athletes solely through official Swim Ontario performance rankings — a reflection of Katherine’s strong results and work ethic.
Having now completed Stage 1, Katherine continues to develop in the demanding, high-support environment that mirrors the next level of competitive swimming.
While Swim Ontario fully manages the selection and delivery of this program, NKB’s Head Coach Scott remains closely engaged, providing guidance, insight, and mentorship to ensure our athletes are prepared to thrive.
We’re proud to see Katherine representing NKB with focus, discipline, and enthusiasm — the same values that define every Mighty Barracuda on the journey to excellence.
