Join us for the year-end athletic banquet where we gather to celebrate the accomplishments of all swimmers. The semi-formal event consists of awards presentations and a three-course dinner followed by music and dancing.
All competitive swimmers automatically get a free ticket, but you must indicate their attendance with the registration form which will be released in May. Tickets for non-swimmers will be $45 each. As this event is for the swimmers, we are limiting attendance to only two guests per swim family to allow enough room for the swimmers to enjoy some time on the dance floor. Swimmers under 10 must have an adult present.
Agenda:
- Doors open: 3 p.m.
- Welcome remarks: 3:30 p.m.
- Awards and keynote: 3:45 to 5:45 p.m.
- Dinner 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.
- Dancing 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
New features for 2024:
- Reserved tables for swimmers
- Music and dancing after dinner
- A limit of only two guests per swim family
- Shorter keynote address (15 minutes)
- Swimmers under 10 must have an adult present
