CSSC LAST CHANCE QUALIFIER

The CSSC Last Chance Qualifier is this weekend, DECEMBER 7-8.

This meet represents that last opportunity to qualify for the WINTER AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS in Palm Springs, CA, December 13-15th.

For those who earn a qualifying time this weekend, your entry will be submitted AT THE MEET by the Clerk of Course and sent directly to the WAG Meet Director.

WAG MEET ENTRIES

Our WINTER AGE GROUP team will officially be submitted TODAY. If you have any last minute questions or concerns, please speak with me or Coach Mikaela anytime before practice. 

For those who have qualified for numerous events, the rules state that all swimmers will be limited to a total of six (6) races over the course of the weekend-- and no more than three (3) races per day.

Also bear in mind for those swimmers ages 13-Up, there will be PRELIMINARIES in the morning followed by CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS in the afternoon comprised of the Top 10 Prelim Finishers.

Note: Whether a swimmer qualifies for a Championship Final or not, we expect the entire traveling team to return for the Championship races each afternoon to cheer on their Paseo teammates. There will be many, many teams competing in this Invitational, and our swimmers deserve all the support possible.

Also-- for those swimmers who did not qualify for WAGs-- feel free to join us in Palm Springs for the weekend and lend your support. It's a great opportunity for those swimmers who will one day qualify to get a taste and feel for big meet competition. And a chance to bond with your Paseo teammates and families.
