Be prepared for some shifting as internally we are working on group structuring.
Group structure follows this simple yet sophistocated process. First we learn, then we learn to do it, then we do it more.
Paseo Aquatics strategically places swimmers in their appropriate and respective Group Levels baaed on ability and age. This system better serves the coaches through each swimmer's varied stage of development, and allows them to chronicle their progression through the divided groups. Such a process allows parents to gain an understanding of where their child stands as they progess through our team system.
A swim level exists for every athlete--from novice swimmers requiring basic stroke and breathing techniques-- to elite Senior II racers training on a National/Olympic platform.
