SUMMER SWIM SCHEDULE
 
The new SUMMER SWIM SCHEDULE is being finalized and should be announced within the week. Though actual swim times are yet to be determined, the following is a rough practice schedule with respect to days and pool locations:
 
THE PASEO CLUB
 
MONDAY: Elite Bronze; Advanced; Intermediate; Beginner.
 
TUESDAY: Elite Gold & Silver (2nd Session of Two A Day); Elite Bronze; Advanced; Intermediate; Beginner.
 
WEDNESDAY: Elite Bronze; Advanced; Intermediate; Beginner.
 
THURSDAY: Elite Gold & Silver (2nd Session of Two A Day); Elite Bronze; Advanced; Intermediate; Beginner.
 
FRIDAY: Elite Bronze; Advanced; Intermediate.
 
SATURDAY: Elite Gold & Silver; Elite Bronze; Advanced.
 
(Please note the swim schedule at The Paseo Club will run from early morning through the middle of the day, with the final practice concluding no later than 4:00pm).
 
CASTAIC AQUATICS COMPLEX
 
MONDAY - FRIDAY (6:00AM-8:00AM): Elite Gold & Silver
 
 
 
NEW SATURDAY MORNING PRACTICE SCHEDULE
 
REMINDER: the following groups now report to the CASTAIC AQUATICS COMPLEX for Saturday Morning Practice from 6:00AM-8:00AM:
 
ELITE GOLD
ELITE SILVER
ELITE BRONZE
ADVANCED
 
We are still looking to secure the EL CARISO POOL in Sylmar for the purposes of conducting some Long Course Saturday practices.
 
Information will be forthcoming on the exact dates/times.
 
 
HIGH SCHOOL SWIM UPDATE
 
A shout-out to several of Paseo's local HS swimmers who have been lighting it up in the pool this season.
 
Special congrats to CHRISTINA TAYLOR, KEVIN MOORE, JOHN WAGNER, JOHN GRAGAS, ERIN NIEMI, BRYANA WAAGE, DEREK CHANG and PEYTON BOWEN-- along with all our Varsity and JV talent-- for a hugely successful week!
 
 
CONGRATULATIONS CADE KLEMENT!
 
Please congratulate Cade Klement on being promoted to the ELITE SILVER group beginning today.
 
Cade has been working extremely hard-- and his times and efforts have impressed all of the coaches.
 
We wish Cade the very best in making the most of this opportunity.
 
 
 
FAR WESTERN ZONE CHAMPIONSHIPS
 
Three swimmers will leave for San Jose, CA on Wednesday to compete in the FAR WESTERN ZONE CHAMPIONSHIPS to be held THURSDAY, APRIL 3rd - SUNDAY, APRIL 6th.
 
Please wish LIZA KUZNETSOVA, SONALY WINTERMUTE and JULIA WOLF good luck as they head north to represent Paseo Aquatics in a highly competitive meet that will include all of the top Age Group swimmers from Arizona to Canada.
 
 
 
BUENAVENTURA LONG COURSE MEET
 
Paseo's first official Long Course swim meet will be the BUENAVENTURA LONG COURSE MEET on APRIL 26, 27 in VENTURA, CA.
 
There has been a slight delay in the official announcement of this meet on the SoCal Swim website. But once the information has been officially posted, we will promptly enter all those who have "Committed" to the meet.
 
 
 
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SWIMMING ATTACH/UNATTACH FORMS

REMINDER: it is critical that ALL swimmers complete the ATTACH FORMS and turn them into COACH MIKAELA as soon as possible.

The only swimmers who should remain UNATTACHED are those competing for their High School swim team.
 
All other Paseo Aquatics swimmers MUST complete the official ATTACH FORM and submit it to Coach Mikaela along with a check for $10.00 made payable to PASEO AQUATICS.
 
Do NOT mail the form in yourself! The completed form must be sent in as part of a team submission.
 
Attaching to Paseo Aquatics (PATH) is NOT an option if you intend to compete with our team. We are an official Sanctioned swim club and this process is mandatory.
