MASTERS SWIM
It is with much regret that we have to inform all Masters swimmers that the M-W-F 8:30AM MASTERS CLASS will be cancelled effective May 1st, 2014.
The number of swimmers was not sufficient to support the coaching staff required, despite efforts to generate interest.
The TUESDAY/THURSDAY MASTERS CLASS will remain in place-- and any swimmers currently participating in the M-W-F sessions are more than welcome to join the early bird group.
Should interest continue to build for the 5AM session, we will entertain adding a 3rd day to the schedule.
SATURDAY MORNING LONG COURSE PRACTICE SCHEDULE
The first Long Course practice of the year at El Cariso was a great success, with swimmers of every group level in attendance.
Swim Practice next SATURDAY, APRIL 19th, will again be held at EL CARISO LONG COURSE pool in SYLMAR from 8:00-10:00AM.
The practices are open to all ELITE GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE groups; ADVANCED; and all COMPETING SWIMMERS in the remaining INTERMEDIATE and BEGINNER group levels.
BUENAVENTURA LONG COURSE MEET
Paseo's first official Long Course swim meet will be the BUENAVENTURA LONG COURSE MEET on APRIL 26, 27 in VENTURA, CA.
The team will be officially entered TODAY, MONDAY, APRIL 14th.
If you have not "Committed" to the meet on the Paseo Aquatics website, please contact Coach Mikaela to ensure your swimmer will be registered to compete.
You must be ATTACHED-- or have completed the ATTACHED FORM-- to compete for Paseo Aquatics.
The only exceptions are those swimmers competing for their local High Schools, who must remain UNATTACHED for the duration of their High School swim season.
PVST SWIM MEET
Many of our younger and less experienced swimmers will be competing in the PVST SWIM MEET this coming weekend in Camarillo, CA.
Details as to where and when the swimmers and coaches are to meet will be forthcoming.

HART vs VALENCIA SWIM MEET
Hart and Valencia will be going head-to-head in a long-awaited swim meet to be held this WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16th, 3:00PM at the SANTA CLARITA AQUATICS COMPLEX.
With so many Paseo Aquatics swimmers competing for both schools, we are encouraging all ELITE thru ADVANCED Paseo members to try and attend the grudge meet.
Swimmers attending the meet can leave at 5:00PM and still make their 5:30PM swim practice either at The Paseo Club or Castaic.
