Inspiration News

Hello team.

As we continue to bond with friends and grow into a top USA SoCal swim team our athletes look in many places for inspiration. Whether it be magazines, you tube, internet, and at swim meets, their minds dream and those dreams are meet through inspiration, motivation, and dedication.

We don't have to look far, in fact we can look amongst ourselves. Sonaly Wintermute has been chosen to represent Paseo Aquatics at the North America Challenge Cup, an International Age Group Competition held in Mexico. Got get um Sonaly, your first step to International Competition. I'm terribly proud of you.

Fellow teammates, this is a moment we can all strive for and achieve, if our motivation for success is greater then our willingness to stay comfortable. In practice, in meets and in life the more we push ourselves to be uncomfortable the more we learn and grow. Let's field a whole team in the next few years to go to NACC!!!! We can do it together.

Sonaly, I know you will read this and team I write this out of acknowledgment of hard work, there is zero motivation otherwise. All I ask Sonaly is for you to stay humble, be proud, win and lose the exact same way and by all means congratulate your competitors and Thank them for the race. Don't get caught in the moment and to Stay focused on the journey.

Team, if you find a second wish Sony well, build the bonds that only swim teams can build. And if ever there is a question, "just help", you can't go wrong.
