CAAP Levels and Groups
Our top level coaching staff will group the athletes based off skill level and knowledge. Each level will not only have to learn all the strokes of swimming, but they will recieve education on all parts of swimming. The athlete will have to answer specific questions and demonstrate each skill set for their group in order to pass to the next level. We have a total of 10 different groups within all the levels that each athlete will have to graduate from before moving onto the next.
CAAP Pricing
Monthly fees for our 2025-26 season: (Groups will be determined and assigned by our head coach after registration or assessment. Coach may reach out to confirm club or recreational)
Club members may not participate in recrational programs offered in Taylorville and Hilsboro. Recreational members may participate in club programs offered in Springfield on Monday and Wednesday only. CAAP wants to maximize the programs offered at the assigned rate.

A recrational Program is offered to Springifeld, Hillsboro, and Taylorville Pool locaitons of $85. Any athlete from any town can join this program. Practices are 2 days a week and includes at least 4 meets a season. Meets will be marked on team schedule. Additional meets may be added during season. Rec athletes may participate at Springifield locaitons on Monday and Wednesday only. Please see Taylorville and Hillsboro location times and hours under practice schedule.
( One time registraion fee of $65 per athlete due upon registraion. USA Swim membership is required to attend meets. this is through USA Swim which also includes your athletes insurance. Memberships are transferable between teams. See coach for club code. Meet fees will very by the meet and meet host.)
CAAP Athlete Discounts
If you have more than one athlete, we offer multi-swimmer discounts. After the first athlete in the family pays full price, we will then offer a 25% discount per each additional athlete. The 4th athlete in your family is free along with any athlete after 4. (Discounts do not apply to Rec Price)
CAAP Team Discounts
Our team is sponsored by Arena. Arena is a power house in the swimming world. Included in our sponsorships are tons of team perks as well as family discounts. Each family can make purchases through Elsmore Swim shop with our Team code and will recieve a 20% discount. Depending on your level of swimmer, the discounts get even better. The team will also recieve "value in kind" dollars from each family purchase that we can use toward the athletes. See coach for higher level discounts.
CAAP Official Discounts
Any certified official who officiate's during a meet will have all meet fees waived for one athlete. If you do not work the entire meet then the sessions you work will be a pro-rated credit. They will also recieve free admission, hospitality food and drinks at meets. If you are interested in being an official please see a board member. All fees towards certification will be paid for by CAAP.
CAAP Board Discounts
Board member and at-large board members will receive a discount on their child's monthly membership fee. The board meets 1x a month and in order to receive the discount for that month you must attend the monthly board meeting. The discount will be 50% off for one swimmer for one of the 4 named board positions (i.e. President), and 25% off for an at-large board member position. Discount will be applied to the lowest tiered swimmer's monthly fee and cannot be stacked if multiple family members are in these roles.
