She founded her Swim For Fun lesson program in 1997 and Cascadia Swimming in May of 2009.

David Hay
Started his competitve swim career at the young age of 6, and has achieved up to top 5 placements at the Wester Zone level as an Oregon Age Group swimmer.
He has been coaching USA Swimming since 2005 and has been with Cascadia Swimming with his big sister since 2009.
