* Swimmer(s) Birthdate

 - Annual Cascadia Registration Fee (recurs September)  - $80
 - Annual USA Swimming Registration (recurs September)
 - Team Code of Conduct Form
 - Team Monthly OR 4-Mo Payment

Pricing Structure

*Monthly option:
- PST - $125
- AG1 - $140
- AG2/SP/S - $175

4-Monthly option:
- PST - $450
- AG1 - $504
- AG2/SP/Senior - $630

Drop-ins - $20
(must be USA Swimming Registered)

*Discounts:
- 10% overall discount on Monthly/4-Mo fees when there are additional siblings
- - PST Mo - $75 for each swimmer per month plan
- - PST 4-Mo - $375/swimmer per 4-monthly plan
- - AG1 Mo - $119 for each swimmer per month plan
- - AG1 4-Mo - $420/swimmer per 4-monthly plan
