 - Annual USA Swimming Registration (recurs September)
 - Team Code of Conduct Form

*Monthly option:
- PST - $125
- AG1 - $140
- AG2/SP/S - $175

Monthly option with Siblings: (15% Discount)
- PST - $106.25
- AG1 - $119
- AG2/SP/S - $148.75

4-Monthly option: (10% discount)
- PST - $450
- AG1 - $504
- AG2/SP/Senior - $630

4-Monthly option with Siblings: (25% discount)
