Sign Up Checklist
Step #1. Tryout for each swimmer.
The in-person tryout is how we get to know your swimmer and their current swimming ability level. This enables us to place them in the appropriate Practice Group. Example, very beginner young swimmers, pending age etc., would normally start out in Pre-Swim Team, and all the way up to High Schooler age that would be in the Senior Group. Special case scenarios would be something like, High School age but a beginner level competitive swimmer, and then we would recommend a practice strategy to help get their skills up for their main Senior practice group.
How? : Please send us an email at [email protected] so that we know you are interested! Then, we will have an idea what practice group session day/time to give you the option to see you at. In general, beginner level swimmers would usually come to any of our practice times designated as "PST/AG1" in our Practice Calendar.
Step #2. Team Registration
This is just going to the "TEAM REGISTRATION" tab on the top of this page. From there is how you will be able to create a website/team account here, and then gives you access to additional sign-up processes such as direct team-associated link to sign up for USA Swimming (which then will be able to automatically assign you to our team within the USA Swimming world.
If you have already done a "Tryout" with us at one of our practices for your swimmer(s), we will have let you know what "Practice Group" they would be in. The Prices shown on that "shopping cart" format, just reflect the discounted price for if you would choose the "4 month-at-a-time payment schedule". When you go to View your "shopping cart", is where you can then reselect either the 1-month renewal, or can leave it at the discounted 4-month renewal rate if you would like. To submit your shopping cart, the site will then give you the ability to Register on this website, which then allows us all the data information we would need otherwise below.
Step #3. Payments
Once you have gone through the above Team Registration, then your current billing will be reflected within your account here. For payments, we are still doing more manual in-person payments via cash, check, credit card, and also other methods like Zelle, Venmo etc. that people can use their phones at their leisure for example. You can get more clarification directly from us at the practices too, for example when doing the Tryout or via email.
For these payments, we then manually go in and check off your payment submission here on the admin backend, which then will take a day or two by the time we get that part taken care of to reflect here in your online account viewing.
